How to Fill Out a Sales Order

Create a new order or click on an existing one from the Sales page.

This will open the order's page where you can fill out the information of the order.

Click on Patient and from the drop down choose an existing patient for the order. Click on Search More... to view additional patients that are not appearing. You can also from here click on New to create a new patient as well.

Once the patient is selected, information like Date of Birth, Cell, and Email will fill out.

On the right section of the page, click on Insurance and from the drop down choose the patients insurance. This will fill out the corresponding Pricelist as well.

Click on Authorization and from the drop down choose the patients authorization. To get a patients authorization, there eligibility must be setup ( link eligibility here when document is finished ) prior.

Click on pricelist and from the drop down choose the corresponding pricelist that will be used for the order if it hasn't already been filled out.

After you are done filling out the order information, the information will automatically save or you click the Save manually icon near the top of the page.

  • Secondary Insurance
  • Order Status
  • Dispensing Notes
  • Promised

From here, you can make a glasses or contact order below the fields.
