FramesData Integration
Setup

Navigate to Settings module
In the Search bar type in FramesData or click on Inventory

Enable FramesData Integration
Set theCheckbox toggle to ON to activate the credentials fields.
Note: The default setting is Disabled.

Enter Credentials
Input the credentials provided by FramesData.

- Save the Configuration
Click Save.
FramesData Subscription Features
Practices with an active FramesData subscription have access to the following features:

FramesData Import
Frames linked to the FramesData catalog display a Frames icon in both the Product and Import screens.
Product Images
- A Frame image is shown in inventory and orders
- Note: Not all frames include an image
What Happens Without a Subscription
If FramesData is not enabled or your subscription has expired, the following limitations apply:
- No Images
- Frame images will not display.
- Limited Import Functionality

Already imported FramesData products still appear in search results,
but they cannot be imported and images will not be visible.
No Updates to Imported Products
- Products previously imported from FramesData will not receive updates from the master catalog.
- New sizes, colors, or other changes will not sync to your catalog without an active subscription.

Use
- Click on the Inventory module
- Before importing frames from the framesdata catalog, you may want to set up frame markup pricing formula. This sets up your retail price calculation based on your formula for markup based on the wholesale price of the frame. You can set up the frame markup based on a specific collection or all collections. You can set that up under Inventory module > configuration menu option and clicking on the frame markup menu. Add as many rows records as you want based on unique pricing of the collection. And if you want to have a universal frame markup pricing, you simply do not specify a collection name.
- Click Products > Frames menu option
- If the FramesData module is enabled in System settings, you will see FramesData Import button.

Clicking on FramesData Import button, Will connect to the frames data catalog and load all the collections that are available in their system. By default, it brings up only the active collections. If you choose to see inactive collections, simply, clear the active filter on the top of the screen. Select the collections that you want tom import and then click the Action button and then the import frames menu option. It will prompt you to select a vendor. For these frames you. can you specify a vendor or you can skip the vendor. Vendor gets added to the all the imported frames.
The frame. Data import function runs in the background and gets completed after a certain period of time. You may check bag periodically to see when it's completed.
The frames data import brings in all the different variations of a specific model of the frame. You can see all the different variations sizes, colors, etc. Under the variations tab of the also brings in the pictures if it is available and it shows it inside the inventory and also in the sales order process. If you are using the website product catalog for the customers to shop for frames online you, these pictures will be pulled from the framesdata catalog so you must have an active framesData subscription in order to see the images.
