Create an Invoice from a Quotation

Access the Quotations Page

• Navigate to the Quotations page.
• Create a new sale or select an existing in-progress sale.

Complete the Quotation Form

• Before generating an invoice, ensure the quotation is fully completed.
• Required fields include:
  • Patient – Enter the patient's details.
  • Provider – Specify the healthcare provider.
  • Insurance – Select the relevant insurance provider.
  • Authorization – Include authorization details if needed.
  • Pricelist – Choose the appropriate pricing list.

Create a Sales Order

• Add the necessary products to the order.
• Once all required products are added, confirm the sales order.

Generate the Invoice

• Click Confirm to finalize the order.
• The system will generate an invoice, which will be your responsibility to pay.
