How to Add New Pricelists
Pricelists allow you to define product pricing for different customers, sales channels, or currencies. You can create multiple pricelists to manage discounts, special rates, or promotional pricing.
Steps to Add a New Pricelist:
1) Navigate to: Insurance > Configuration > Pricelists.
2) Click Create to add a new pricelist.
- Fill in the required details:
- Pricelist Name – Enter a unique name for the pricelist.
- Company – Select the company for which this pricelist applies.
- Currency – Choose the currency if different from the company’s default.

Pricing Method – Select the pricing method (Fixed Price, Discount, Formula-based, etc.).
Add Pricelist Items:
- Click Add a Line to select products or product categories.
- Define the price, discount, or margin rules for each item.
Pricelist Form View Overview
Inside the Pricelist form, you have 5 tabs to configure pricing rules, tags, and other settings:
- Price Rules – Set the pricing rules for individual products, product categories, or formulas.
- Network Pricing – Configure pricing based on product category and pricing tags for network-specific rates.
- Copay – Add patient tags for specific products to define copay amounts.
- Insurance – Set insurance tags, product categories, and procedure codes to link pricing with insurance rules.
- Ecommerce – Configure the base pricing and rules for online/ecommerce sales.
