How to Create Reschedule Reasons
Overview
Reschedule Reasons allow you to define and track why appointments are being rescheduled. This helps maintain proper documentation and provides insights into common reasons for appointment changes.
To create a reschedule reason, navigate to Appointments → Configuration → Reschedule Reasons.

The Reschedule Reasons list will display all existing reasons.
To create a new reschedule reason, click the New button.

Enter the Reason Name, review the Active checkbox (enabled by default), and add a Description if required.
Once all details have been entered, click the Save button to create the reschedule reason.

That's it! After saving the record, return to the Reschedule Reasons list.
The newly created reschedule reason will now appear in the list.
